Floods affect countries in central Europe
There has been a rise in the death toll from massive flooding in central Europe overnight.
The death toll has been set at 14 with floods affecting an area near the borders of Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic.
Residents in those areas are being picked up by boats and helicopters, but many have gone missing in the swollen rivers.
Some people have been lucky enough to find shelter on rooftops in areas where rivers have risen to three times their normal levels.
On Sunday, a burst dam sent a flood wave down the Neisse River that separates Germany from Poland.
Whole streets have disappeared under muddy waters in Poland and the Czech Republic, where flooding two months ago killed many residents.
