UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, on September 26 urged EU Member States to promptly relocate all asylum-seekers eligible under the EU’s emergency relocation scheme and for it to continue beyond the two years originally planned.

The humanitarian situation in the western part of the Central African Republic has deteriorated again since the beginning of September.
