Asian networks this week seems to buzzing with the recently emerging Asian star in the NBA series. This Lin-sanity, spurred by the Taiwanese-descend Jeremy Lin, has caught on like a fever in the Asian countries like Taiwan, China and the Philippines, especially after the recent retirement of the famed tower of China, Yao Ming.

The Californian native was relatively unknown when he first joined the Golden State Warriors. After he was released last year, he signed with the New York Knicks last December. He calm demeanor and spot-on movements had won admiration from coach and fans alike. Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni is confident that Lin will be in great shape to aid Knicks to secure a playoff position in the Eastern Conference.
