OECD annual inflation stable at 0.8% in April 2016
Annual inflation in the OECD area was stable at 0.8% in April 2016. Excluding food and energy, annual inflation in the OECD area decreased slightly to 1.8% in April 2016, compared with 1.9% in March. Food price inflation slowed, to 0.4% in April, compared with 0.7% in March offsetting the slower decline in energy prices (-7.8% in April compared with -9.5% in March).
