Three month sag in Chinese economy
China's economy has seen a slowdown in the first three months of this year.
The economy grew at its slowest pace in nearly three years.
The annual rate of GDP growth in the first quarter slowed to 8.1 percent from 8.9 percent in the previous three months.
The Chinese government pro-growth policies are expected to kick in again later this year with recent stimulus measures picking up pace.
There was a big increase in new lending in March, following the reduction in the amount of reserves required.
It is believed China's rate of economic growth fell partly due to real changes in the domestic and international economic situation.
