Tech giant Apple Inc. is fully committed to developing an AI-powered health management feature aimed at providing users with more personalized medical guidance. This technology will be deeply integrated with Apple Watch’s physiological data monitoring and will collaborate with professional medical advice and lifestyle management guidelines. It is expected to launch as early as next spring (2026).

The main functions of this AI assistant include real-time health recommendations, dietary and exercise planning, and more. Apple plans for the AI to analyze data collected by the watch, and when users experience abnormal heart rates or other bodily changes, the system will recommend relevant medical expert videos to help them understand potential health risks and provide response strategies. Additionally, the system will incorporate a dietary tracking feature to assist users in recording their daily food intake while monitoring nutritional consumption and bodily changes. Reportedly, Apple may integrate this service into its Apple Health subscription plan to enhance the comprehensiveness of health management.

On the fitness front, Apple is also actively developing an AI-powered personal fitness coach system, which will provide tailored workout recommendations through the Apple Fitness platform. This service is expected to seamlessly integrate with Apple's existing ecosystem, further enhancing the intelligence of overall health management.

Market analysts predict that this AI health assistant will be released alongside the iOS 19.4 update, with an earliest possible launch in the spring of next year. Notably, Apple plans to showcase the development of this technology at the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), allowing consumers to get an early look at the latest advancements in AI-driven healthcare innovation.

Apple CEO Tim Cook has stated that health technology is one of the company’s core areas of future development. He emphasized that Apple’s investments in medical and wellness technology not only enhance personal health management experiences but may also have a significant impact on the entire healthcare industry.
