Fluorescent methods are very important in nanobiotechnology researches, especially in the application of gold nanoparticles in the studies of biomolecules such as DNA and proteins. In fact, one of the reasons for the rapid development of the application of gold nanoparticles in biological studies is their optical properties that are caused by surface Plasmon resonance of the particle. This research studies the interactions between gold nanoparticles and DNA.

The application of nanoscience in biotechnology studies and the design of more effective tools by using fluorescent spectroscopy method are among the characteristics of this research. Among other advantages of this method, mention can be made of the use of multi-way data analysis method and the use of the data itself in nanobiotechnology researches.

One of the common problems in nanobiotechnology studies, especially in studying the hybridation of DNA, is that due to the probable complicated processes and chemical equilibriums, single variable data gathering methods cannot usually analyze the whole system or even a part of it at the same time. However, more parameters can be studied in the system by using the presented method.
