Tai Ji Men Creates Several Cultural Miracles on Tai Ji Celestial Dragons at the United States Capitol: Creating a Cultural Miracle for Taiwan
In 2000, Tai Ji Men was invited by Mr. Jesse Helms, chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, to visit the United States. In front of the United States Capitol, the symbol of freedom and democracy, Tai Ji Men dizi put on an unprecedented performance that showed the Eastern spirit of peace--ending conflicts and spreading goodness.
Tai Ji Men performed at the United States Capitol, creating a cultural miracle for Taiwan.
Zhang-men-ren of Tai Ji Men delivered a speech at the event. Roll Call, a newspaper published in Washington, D.C., showed pictures of the Tai Ji Men celestial dragons on its front page and published a news story about Tai Ji Men’s contributions to cultural exchange and world peace.
Mayor Anthony A. Williams of the District of Columbia admired Tai Ji Men’s achievements in the promotion of culture and goodwill and hence proclaimed March 22, 2000 as the Tai Ji Men Qigong Academy Day in Washington, D.C., praising Tai Ji Men as "International Ambassador of Goodwill and Peace." Tai Ji Men once again created a cultural miracle for Taiwan thanks to its outstanding culture.
