Illuminated Boats Display Creative Holiday Themes

On this chilly December evening, the crowd got a good look at the boats from the city dock and from a bridge. Some people even watched the parade from inside their own boats. As the event got underway, Cheryl Adams, from ((the neighboring state of)) Delaware, stood outside a restaurant.
