The sixth in the series of Schiller Institute conferences for a New Paradigm for Civilization, which began approximately one year ago in Frankfurt, Germany, took place in the Los Angeles area on Nov. 2. Over the course of 12 hours, leaders of the LaRouche movement and a number of international guests from Asia, presented a gripping picture of the future mankind can and must achieve, through developing the Pacific Basin and ending the grip of the Anglo-Dutch empire.

IAEA Completes Nuclear Security Review Mission In Australia
The IAEA conducted the two-week International Physical Protection Advisory Service (IPPAS) mission at the request of the Government of Australia. The mission reviewed the country's nuclear security-related legislative and regulatory framework, physical protection systems at Australia's only nuclear facility - a research reactor operated by the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) - and security arrangements applied to the transport of nuclear and other radioactive materials.
