World Bank Supports Access to and Quality of Pre-school and Secondary Education in Burkina Faso
The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors approved a US$50 million International Development Association (IDA) grant to increase access to pre-school and secondary education in the poorest areas of Burkina Faso on April 2. It will also go towards improving the quality of teaching and learning in the country focusing on mathematics, natural and computer sciences, as well as languages.
