The United Nations’ Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) has allocated US$10 million through its underfunded emergencies window for humanitarian assistance to more than 1 million people who remain displaced in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(KP) and the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) in Pakistan due to insecurity since 2008.
